Description:

This 500kg/h laundry soap production line could produce laundry soap, toilet soap and transparent soap as well. Above this, we could provide more range of this as our client’s needs. Services of installation, plant maintenance, training and details of our machine will be provided if you need.

By using different models of printing machines, the shape of the soaps we produce will be various. Different smells of the soap like cherry, melon, lavender, etc. would be produced as your requirements.

Some main equipments and steps:

Oil melting, the raw materials and some other ingredients should be heated to a certain temperature.
Then, the saponification will be taken in a tank.
After the second step, higher fatty sodium will be produced which is the important part of the soap.
Through the vacuum drying processing, the soap will be made as a basic model.
Printing machine will produce different shapes of soap
The last step is packing.
