The automate is a unique innovation we made for our bra factory a few years ago. we have 2 machines.
Its computed and it comes with a computer and an appropriate software made specifically for these machines.

Automatic process:
Puts the ribbon to length
Welds by ultrasonics the ribbon around the slide
Assembles the slide and the ring on the strap
on the photos you can see the finished product.

Its output is the highest in the world -
It produces 1400 bra straps/ hour at max' of production (1strap/2.5sec')
for comparison- the cera 4000 machine dose only 720 straps/hour at its 100% of production and its size and weight is 3 Times our machines. It works by moving assembly line with 9 stations.
The Machines Are Very reliable and we will provide instructions and guidance for working with the machines and troubleshooting.
