1. Cow manure fertilizer pellet machine -- flat die pellet machine can press high crude fiber biomass waste into good pellets. it is specially fit for biomass waste such as soft sawdust, wheat straw, rice straw, rice husk , Coconut shell, palm fiber and palm shell , ect . also can press fertilizer pellets from animal manure, plant waste, chemical waste ect .

2. Cow manure fertilizer pellet machine -- flat die pellet machine can produce pellets with diameter ---2-8mm, last pellet length can be adjusted .before pressing pellets, raw materials should crush into fine powder, humidity 15%-20%.

3. Cow manure fertilizer pellet machine -- flat die pellet machine adopts Germany technology ,which is our national patent machine. the flat die has the unique advantages to produce larger pressure than ring die pellet mill . in this way rollers and bearings are both enlarged , which can produce larger pressure. for ring die pellet mill, its ring die is restricted by its diameter, rollers can not be enlarged enough, bearing room is smaller , so the assembly bearing are not strong enough to withstand pressure.
