4.Feature

1.High Efficiency:adopted specific steel pipe to make heating-plate, large thermal conductive area, rapidly heating and cooling and its efficiency is 20% higher than the same kinds of products.
2. Material Saving:after grinding the shape-bored steel plate, which is smooth an polished, and 30% of mould release agent can be saved.
3.Steam Saving:the machine uses thermal keeping design and a thermal isolation cover is formed around the machine set, thus 20% of steam can be saved.

4. These curing sets adopt PLC and touch screen control. Manuel control and auto control are all available.

5. The hydraulic cylinder is made of ZG270-500 and uses YX sealing ring; the plunger piston adopts closed-grained chilled alloy cast iron and is accurately grinded after casting.

6. The guard edge of heabting platen employs hydraulic automatic prop up iron. and there are anti-superpose sizing block device at both sides of the platen.

7. Each heating area of the platen introduces a set of temperature control valve to guarantee the even temperature of the area under PLC control.
