The bowl and the mixing spiral all is stainless steel 304 and very thickness

Two kinds of control panal available

Operating instructions:

1)Low-speed manual:Low-speed key Start key

Mixing hook continuously runs at low speed; just press stop key to stop its running when necessary.

2)High-speed manual: High-speed key Start key
Mixing hook is started up at low speed firstly, and it is automatically turned

into quick running several seconds later. In this way, startup is stable, and equipment life can

be increased.

3)Corotation/contrarotation key is designed for controlling rotating direction of mixer hopper. Viewing

downward from above, the anticlockwise direction is intended to be corotation; pay attention to the

rotation direction when wiring the machine for the first time.

Warning:

Do not put hands or add something into bowl when the machine begins to work!

Do not grab dough with hands when the machine begins to work!
