Brief introduction

Working in the open air,portal crane has been widely used in port ,yard ,station,stack

and so on. In order to quicken the turnover of the vehicle ,the operation of loading and unloading ,transshipment of goods on the shipping and car needs high efficiiency . With

of hoisting machine with small investment and swiftness benefit for loading and unloading front apron container,sundries and bulk cargo.

Technique features

The portal crane consist of lifting, slewing, luffing and running mechanism. The first three kinds of institutions install on the rotating part. The rotating part is also equipped with longitudinal sloping single arm or combination of arm and the driving room. Operation mechanism is installed at the bottom door to adjust the crane working position. Level luffing system is used on the poatal crane.

Advantages

1.Electric control epuilibrium system is applied to to avoid overload of switching and lift mechanism,as a reault of which ,the outage rate can be reduced.

2.The four connecting rods mechanism is optimized by dynamic software.when luffing,the horizontal move of load is ensured ,the transmission angle is increased and the pressure angle reduced,by which,the service lift offour connecting rods mechanism is increased.

3.The luffing mobile counterweight is adopted so that when operating ,the upsetting moment caused by load is minimized and the service life of revolving support is increased.
