ZT-320A Servo-drive Label Die Cutting Machineadopts the latest electromechanical integration and digital control technology. Features:
1. Unwind unit: uses 1 set of 3’’(76mm) air shaft with magnetic powder brake for unwind, with function of auto stop when comes to given unwind length or diameter.
2. Webguide unit: uses Germany Original Imported brand EL for high precision tracking.
3. Die cutting unit: uses servo motor for driving, it’s suitable for kinds of magnetic blades and graver etc. The good structure and convenient operation make the die cut much more precise and efficiency.
4. Slitting unit: uses Eccentric slitting way, which is the most advanced slitting technology, it make the slitting size more precise and stable. Also can choose razor knife for optional.
5. Rewind unit: use 1 or 2 sets air shaft with magnetic powder clutch for rewind, with function of auto stop when comes to given rewind length and diameter.
