YPZ2 Electric /Electro /electronic Hydraulic thruster /Power hydraulic arm Disc brake

Application and main design features:

1.YPZ2series electro-hydraulic Disc brakesare mainlyused in large modernized loading and unloading machinery for special purpose,hoisting,transportation,metallurgy,ports,docksfor deceleration,braking and safe protection

2.The connection dimension and brake torque meet the requirement of JB/ZQ4388-1997. Technical conditions meet JB6406.2-2006 and Germany DINI15435 standard.

3. YPZ2series electro-hydraulic Disc brakesuse the Ed pusher as its driving device.

Its advantages: multiple installation, high operating frequency, smooth braking, adjustable braking torque ,friction liner are easy to change, long service life, no noise.

4.Equipped with hook for hand release lever for convenient maintenance

5.Adopt thruster with fall delay valve as drive systerm,this can realize closing delay of brake

Operating Conditions:

1.Working temperature: -25°C-+45°C.

2.The air relative humidity is not more than 90%

3.Sea level altitude for application accords with GB755-2000 standard.

4.Mainly used for the power with 3phase ,50HZ, 380V (we can provide the products according to the customers requirements which suit for 60HZ or different voltage, so please inform us before you order if there is a special request).

5.Operating duty: intermittent(S3-60%)and continuous(S1).

Main features:

1.Main swinging articulation is equipped with the self-lubricating bearing ,the transmission efficiency is high, in use without lubrication.

2.Manual release is equipped which is convenient for maintenance.

3.Automatic compensation device can realize the automatic compensation when the brake linings are worn.

4.The interlocking equal clearance device can avoid adherence of the brake lining on the brake drum.
