Design Principles of YM-FTB-1300D

The frame construction is a precision-engineered that enables to meet the high requirement on Lamination paper or cardboard, including one wet lamination unit for water base lamination glue and one dry lamination for solvent base lamination glue on film, paper or cardboard.

High accuracy coating method can reach different coating condition including one gravure coating for dry lamination process and one three roller reverse coating for wet lamination process.

Quick Exchange doctor blade coating and three roller coating, this machine also can used for color coat on paper.

Main drivers controlled by automatic controller with close loop tension control through PLC. Main operation information is shown on touch screens and in-line measurement is easy to be operated due to actual production. Three un-winder systems, including one for lamination films and two for paper or cardboard, one re-winder system for laminated paper or cardboard.

ANNEXURE-2 –Performance Test-part of Contract

The performance test will be conducted at the Seller’s premises in Shantou and thereafter at the Buyer’s plant.

1. No load test run and supported film test run (implement in the Supplier’s factory):

A.) Mechanical speed-0- 150 M/minute

B.) Working speed-0- 150 M/minute,(the actual value is due to glue quality and material )

C.) Trial run working time- 8 hours continuous

2. Acceptance Level:

A.) Vibration free smooth movement

B.) No abnormal noise, start/stop the machine, increase/decrease the speed

C.) All guide roll run smoothly

D.) Without trouble auto stopping phenomena

E.) Excellent tension control

F.) Rewounded roll should be as uniform as unwounded roll.

G.) Temperature variation on the shim roll should be within the range of +/- 3 Degree C across the width and circumference. The same should be maintained during the full working.

3. Equipment trial working (implement in the Buyer’s factory)

A.) All the above

B.) The trial production will be for 3 days. The Seller’s team will stay at Buyer’s factory and provide all the above results mentioned item no.-2 for continuous 3 working days.

Payment: 40% paid by TT in advance

60% paid by TT in one week before shipment

Delivery term: in 90 working days after receipt of down payment

Other items please see the following:

(1) Congestion surcharge and other demurrage charge caused by The buyer’s delay payment shall be covered by The Buyer.

(2) Mutual Obligations:

(3) The Buyer shall be liable for on-time payment, and also for objectivity of inspection of the input quality control.

(4) The Buyer shall be liable for on-time fulfill Item 5.In the event of delay or less or not fulfill as Item 5, The Buyer shall pay to The Seller penalty at the rate of :1.0% of the cost of the goods non-fulfilled within 3 weeks of the date in accordance with Item5. However, the penalty sum shall not exceed 3% of the value of this Transaction.

(5) The Buyer shall supply necessary water, air, electric power and testing material for machine install. The cost of install in buyer’s plant is covered by the Buyer, including 4 rout fly tickets from Guangzhou to buyer’s plant and local hotel, local transport and food cost.

(6) The Seller shall be liable for on-time delivery and quality of the goods after receipt of payment from The buyer. In the event of delay, The seller shall pay to The buyer penalty at the rate of :1.0% of the cost of the goods per week delay in delivery within 3 three months after the data of advanced payment receipt by the Seller, the penalty sum shall not exceed 3% of the value of this Transaction.

(7) The Seller shall provide necessary material to the Buyer for machine Inspection in Shantou.

(8) The machine should confirm to the performance test specified in Annexure1.

(9) 8. Warranty:

a) The Seller should provide warranty against all items for 12 months from the date of successful

b) commissioning in the buyer’s plant.

(10) 9. Arbitration:

(11) All disputes arising from the execution of this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation between both parties. In the event that no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted for arbitration to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing, China, in accordance with its Rules of Procedure of Arbitration . The decision made by this Commission shall be regarded as final and is binding on both parties.

(12) 10. Force Majeure:

(13) The parties shall be released of the responsibility for parties; or complete non-fulfillment of their obligations under the present contract, if this non-fulfillment was caused by a consequence of force majeure circumstances, acts of nature, war and son on, and if these circumstances have directly affected the fulfillment of this agreement. In this case, the time of fulfillment of this agreement obligations shall be extended for the period equal to that during which such circumstances last.

(14) The certificates issued by the Chamber of Commerce will be sufficient proof of the existence and duration of the aforesaid circumstances.

(15) 11. Documents:

(16) The Sellers shall present the following documents to the Buyer:

(17) full set of “ Clean On Board” Ocean Bills of Lading marked” Freight Prepaid” and made out to order, blank endorsed and notifying the Buyer;

(18) Five copies of Invoice indicating purchase order number of the Buyers.

(19) Five copies of Packing List;

(20) Two copies of Certificate of Quality and Quantity issued by the manufacturer indicating the sales contract No. and certifying that the quantity and quality of this machine as per Annexure1

(21) The Buyers shall present the following documents to the Seller:

(22) Copy of T/T by fax in 24 hours after make payment.

(23) Confirmation, that the Commodity is installed and operated in good quality at the Buyer’s factory .This certificate will be issue by the Buyer after the plant is successfully commissioned at Buyer’s factory.

(24) 12. Supplementary Provision: This Contract is made out in two originals in English. Each party keeps one original of the two after signing the Contract.
