[YC Dry Drum Magnetic Separator]

Brief

YC dry drum magnetic separator can attract dry magentic powder from the non-magnetic materials continuouslyand automatically.

The unique desigh for magnetic circuit and the magnetic source is made up from the NdFeb with high performance. Featuring with powerful magnetic forece and high efficiency for tramp iron-elimination, it can be widely arranged in the lines such as grinding,fire-proofmaterial,foodstuff,feed,buildingmaterial,ceramics,raw material for glass,renewable rubber powder, PVC powder, quartz sand,and chemical industry and so on. Feeding capacity can be adjusted to meet the different granularity requirement. It is characteristic with exempt-maintenance,energy saving, cost-lower,safety and reliability.

Magnetic material

High-density Ceramic permanent magnet is standard. Rare Earth magnets are available.

Magnet design

Stationary Ceramic or Rare Earth magnetic assembly inside rotating drum shell.

Contaminant removal

Ferrous fragments, nuts, bolts, and other tramp metal from free-flowing granular material.

Method of cleaning

Continuous self-cleaning design.

General material

Stainless steel drum cover with mild steel housing. Stainless steel housing is optional.

User Manual

1.Start

Before driving motor start, do not feed in the material to the machine, after the

motor rotates safely, may give the material into the machine. Please note as follows:

(1)check the full machine ,be sure can easy to start to rotate.

(2)Check the surface of Drum and around have no any minerals.

(3)Check all parts lubricating oil, including gear-box and bearings

(4)Be sure the power is by your require.

2.Operation

(1)Switch on the driving motor(DRUM ON), and watch the drum rotation’ way, be sure the rotation way same as made in the machine. If not same, change the powder line.

(2)When the rotate is OK , give the material to the feed fox. Slow to begin to feed the material particle.

(3)Begin to the magnetic separator.(Produce)

3.Stop

(1)First, stop feeding the material. Before stop the driving motor, the drum surface should not have any material.

(2)Stop feeding the material.

(3)When the drum of magnetic separator have NO anything material, switch off the driving motor(DRUM OFF)

(5)Switch off the power

(6)Make the clean around the machine.
