Applications

It is suitable for a large-or medium scale evaporation plant of chemical recovery in pulp and paper industries or other system to build vacuum.

Structure features

Water-spraying centrifugal vacuum pump ZBK21 consists of housing, end covers, inner casing, and inlet and outlet pipes for spraying water, etc. During operation, circulation water enters the pump then be sprayed by nozzles to blades of a motor driven impeller, by which the water is accelerated and then leaves the blades while the air is drawn in through the suction pipe. The mixture of air and water is thrown into the reducer where the mixture is further accelerated, then enters the dispersion pipe and discharged into the water tank.

Water-spraying centrifugal vacuum pump ZBK21 has the features such as compact structure, small size, light weight, lower power consumption, easy operation, and low noise, etc. The pump can be full-stainless steel or semi-stainless steel (cast iron housing).
