SDL series screw cold water (low-temperature refrigerant) unit is the newest leading product marketed by our company, depending on the market demand and following the world latest technology research and development. The SDL series unit has 36 standard specifications in total, with refrigeration range of air conditioning condition chosen between 101,450~1,565,250Kcal/h and liquid temperature range of refrigerating fluid of different models in each unit chosen between -40^oC~+20^oC. According to different client application places, it can be divided into the common version (temperature range-40^oC~+20^oC), marine version (temperature range-40^oC~+20^oC) and chemical industry tailored version (suitable for acid-base and corrosive gas temperature drop). The whole series cold water (low-temperature refrigerant) unit can be widely used in food processing plants, fishery ships dredging, electrochemistry plants, pharmaceutical processing industry, hotels and supermarkets. When used in hotels, it acts as the exclusive cold source for quick-freeze equipments, quick-freeze rooms, large cold-storage, vacuum freeze dryer, electrolytic bath and centre air conditioner. Compared to ammonia refrigeration equipments, the cold water (low-temperature refrigerant) unit is safer, more automated with less area coverage and environment pollution .

The heart of unit adopts the third generation 5-6 nonsymmetrical tooth profile screw compressor which is advanced in present compressors’ field to save operation energy, with simple structural design, few components, double–crew structure and high precision machine structure. All the components are uniformly in accordance to minimize the frictional drag. The exquisitely processed double screws hold on tightly, operate smoothly and are durable. The oil supply method of differential pressure leaves out complicated oil circuit system like oil pump, which is apt to maintain. The compressor can adjust automatically depending on the load condition. Add the oil level on-off device to prevent low load and oil loss of compressor, to save electric power and extend the service life. In terms of different performance requirements to refrigeration units, clients can choose the compressor brands and models among Bitzer, Hanbell,RefComp and Frascold, etc.

Condenser, evaporimeter

Each vessel possessesPressureVessel Manufacturing Certificate is in accordance with Chinese statutory standards and adopts efficient horizontal tubular condenser and efficient evaporimeter inspected and approved by the Labour Department. The heat exchanger pipe has special wing structure and the system flowage structure is brief. It has stable heat exchange, few components fault points and it is easy to maintain. The heat exchange tubes of heat exchangers adopt efficient web copper pipes.

Electronic control features

Microcomputer controller hashuman oriented liquid crystal PLC Chinese operation interface. Control system with perfect protective measures can monitor the units’ operating condition anytime. Exclusive panel points are pre-reserved in control box to connect remote transmission lines and it can connect with computer or modulator-demodulator (MODEM) through RS-232 and RS-485 standard serial communication opening to enter the public telecom exchange web for remote communication monitoring. In order to keep long-term, safe and stable operation, the whole water chiller shall be equipped with perfect protection system and failure alarm system.

All series water-cooling water chillerhave finished all package and pre-delivery tests within the plant and users can use them only by connecting conduit and circuit, fulfilling the refrigerant and adding refrigeration oil, which shorten units' field installation and debugging time to the largest extent.
