About the tire pyrolysis system, we have two main kinds:

1) Batch tire pyrolysis system, whose capacity is 5Ton/6Ton/8-10Ton/Day

These batch tire pyrolysis systems has small capacity, suitable for scale production

It could pyrolysis waste tires, waste rubbers, waste plastics(PE,PP,ect) ,getting very good quality high caloric value fuel oil, coarse carbon black and iron.

The fuel oil, is very good heating fuel for many factories, who needs oil to heat,like power station, steel factory, glass factory, cement factory,ceramic factory, consstruction company,etc

The tire fuel oil is good quality as heavy oil, low cost then heavy oil

The coarse carbon black is very good raw material to replace original carbon black.

we recommend you to further grinding the coarse carbon black and sell them to rubber production factory, plastic production factory, ink/painting production factory,etc

The steel is good for making new steel,etc

For the batch tire pyrolysis, we recommend you to cut whole truck tires into 4 big parts, then you could load more capacity than loading whole tires, or even to cut whole tires into 50mm x 50mm chips.

Also we have 20Ton/Day, 40Ton/Day,or more bigger capacity tire pyrolysis.

These bigger tire pyrolysis system, has two main parts: tire shredder system, which firstly shred whole tires into small chips like 30mm x 30mm or 5-10mm rubber granules, separating steel wires from rubber granuls

Then automatically load these rubber chips or granules into continuous tire pyrolysis system

Each day it could pyrolysis 20Ton/40Ton/50Ton/100Ton
