This machine is specifically used for producing shoes soles, shoelaces,crystal slippers which are made of single and double colors TP/PU/TPU/TPR/PVC material that will not create bubbles.

2. Charging barrel heater adopts independent 4 sectional type to insure melting quality.
3. Full automatic material transferring control system,Production mould station could be freely open and closed .
4. A strong mould locking mechanism is set in mould clamping system; it can be used for producing large size mould or plastic products which demands very high shooting pressure.
5. 2 sectional speed drives the round plate, stable and fast.
6. This machine adopts high –performance computer control, industrial level human and machine interface .
