Vertical spray coating production line for aluminum profile
Aluminum powder coating is the technique of applying dry paint to an aluminum product by electrostatically charging the powder and spraying it unto the product. It is an environmentally friendly process, which is carefully monitored. The adhesion of the surface is achieved with a thorough pre-treatment. We can provide adjustable modelling and various surface treatment, such as Anodized,electrophoresis, Powder coating, Fluorine-carbon coating, Imitated wooden grain as so on. Various colors and texture are available.

3. Small area occupation: The occupied area of a vertical powder coating line is W21m X L60m.
4. Low energy consumption: The square shape of curing oven ensures the extreme high usage ratio of heat energy. It can save 15% liquid pretroleum gas comparing with horizontal powder coating line.
5. Less powder: Vertiacal powder coating line ensures the high ratio of powder laying and the uniformity of thickness of film. It can save 20% powder comparing with the horizontal powder coating line.
