Specifications:

1. High monthly capacity. The monthly capacity can reach 1000 T/M--2000T/M.

2. Less area occupation. For monthly capacity of 2000 T/M, it needs W20m x L53m only.

3. Less powder consumption. High coating ratio, it can save 20% powder than other type of powder coating line. Thickness of coating film is average in the surface of profile.

4. Save manpower. Automatic control redues the man power cost. Comparing with horizontal powder coating line, tt can save about 60 people for working.

5. Low energy consumption. The square shaped curing oven ensures the extreme high usage ratio of heat energy. It can save 15% energy, comparing with the same type of powder coating line.

6. More energy choices. As the requirement of client, LNG, LPG, diesel fuel and electricity.

For different demands of clients, we have designed two kinds of powder coating booth, one is U shaped powder coating booth, the other one is V shaped powder coating booth.

The plastic of curtain can be rotary, so convenient that to collect and recycle the powder stick in the surface of plastic.

Besides, the collected powder will go through the cyclone and recycle system for filtering. The ratio of recycle powder can reach 95%--98%.

With HONGWEI designed reciprocator, the spraying guns will run up and down very smoothly.
