1. Features

* The heat delivery in a vacuum state is made by conductive heat. Accordingly
occuring problem is that it is difficult to maintain the temerature distribution in a
chamber uniformly. To solve this problem, SH-VD30 is a Full Heater Type which
can heat three sides of chamber at the same time.
* Control panel is a Membrain Touch Type and has compact design. Therefore
outer appearance is excellent.
* Utilities needed for test, for example,Digital Counter Timer, Over Temp Protection
Device are merged into one circuit in Temp and Timer Controller
in order to achieve user-oriented purpose.
* View window made by Tempered Glass is installed in front of Door in order to
observe sample condition easily during the test.
