It consists of two VH of different or same altitudes, and through mechanical transmission, the materials in these shells are made to move back and forth, crossed over and rotate 360º to achieving ultimate uniform mixing. VH Blenders are rugged in designed and construction, 304 S.S. (optional 316L) mirror polished of inner andouter shell to meet the GMP Standard. We offer the most affordable VH-Blenders in the market place from laboratory to large scale production batch. We used heavy duty industrial Motors & Drives for all3-Phase VH and intensifier bar. Available OMRON Safety SensorGates for all VH-Blenders. Available Variable Speed Control on VHland I-Bar.

This Mixer has the following distinguishing features: No blind angle in the VH, no accumulation of materials, high speedI-bar, efficient and short mixing time. The housing are made of stainless steel. The VH have elegant appearance the charging of materials can be made either by manual operation or through pneumatic vacuum system. For discharging, rotating valves and rapid swivel headsare adopted. Available Single Arm VH Blenders (InterchangeableVH on lab models), customize I-bar and also casters on laboratory models. We offer both Cross Flow and Twin-Shell Formats of VH-Blenders for different applications.
