Desciption:

1.AC resistance welding is the welding method with which the end surfaces of two parts are pressed tightly, and the resistance heat is used to heat up the surfaces to the plasticized status, and then the upset forging pressure is quickly applied(or without applying the upset forging pressure but only keeping the welding pressure)to complete the welding.

2.The welding process is simple just position the parts. and depress the switch with foot the welding efficiency is high.

3.The welded joint is smooth and the burrs are small.

4.The structure is compactly designed, and it can be easily adjusted to weld parts with different thickness.

5.The special butt welding control circuits ensure the welding quality it is mainly used for the butt welding of metal material(such as iron wire ,pipes ,etc)with a small section area<less than 250MM²>.
