Summary:

Transistor high frequency power supply is a resonant AC-DC-AC inverter dedicated to induction heating. It's a high frequency power supply with auto-shutdown transistor devices (IGBT, MOSFET) as inverter components. It has frequency automatic tracking features, as well as high efficient, electricity-saving, small size, durable, water-saving, high safety and a series of behavior which tube-type high frequency power supply don't have. The frequency of high frequency or super audio equipments is 20 ~ 80KHz.
1. Using imported power devices, modular design to ensure the reliability and easy maintainability of equipment;
2. Using digital lock-in technique to achieve frequency automatic tracking. Frequency range wide, and dynamic adaptive range wide;
3. Induction loops working stable from a single ring to multiple rings, and won't be damaged with light-load or no-load, improved reliability;
4. The digital real-time can display the phase current, the total input power and frequency, can replace the high frequency tube furnace and medium frequency SCR furnace in a very large range;
5. Provide protection in lack of phase, low water, over-current (AC/DC), overheating, overvoltage. Working time can be preset when heating, insulation, cooling;
6. Compared with similar machines, it has simple structure, fewer parts, and high reliability.

Main applications::

Heat treatment: Hardening, annealing, tempering of auto parts, motorcycles, hardware tools, gears, sprockets, pneumatic, hydraulic accessories.
Hot forming: Diathermy of small workpiece, hot forging and hot rolling of twist drill.
Welding: The welding of turning/woodworking tools, drill bits, serrated blade, steel, copper wall, similar metal.
Metal melting: (Vacuum) molding, casting molding and evaporation coating of gold, silver, Fe, Al and other metals.
Other applications: The production of semiconductor single crystal, with hot, bottle sealing, sealing toothpaste, powder coating, metal embedded in plastic and so on.
