Pyrolysis waste tire is an environmentally friendly technology for waste tire comprehensive utilization.After pyrolysis the waste tyre,you can get gas, oil, and pyrolytic carbon black. Pyrolysis carbon black is the key products of tyre pyrolysis, which quality and market application restrict economy in the process of pyrolysis. So how to promote the quality of the pyrolytic carbon black and to improve the use value is an important part of the waste tire comprehensive utilization .
Development:
Production equipment has realized automation and integration,ash removal--fine grinding--wet granulation--drying quickly—accurate packaging.
The configuration list :
Carbon black ash removal equipment: mainly including coarse carbon black bin, elevator, reaction still,segregating unit,Composite cans,drying machinery. After the equipment, waste tyre pyrolysis carbon black ash can be reduced from 20% to 2%.
Carbon black powder machine: Carbon black superfine mill host, high pressure fan, a whirlwind discharger, Airiock, pulse dust collectors, electrical cabinet,Air compressor and related accessories,connecting pipe and elbow pipe, etc. By the principle of combining airflow collision and mechanical collision, this equipment can put the pyrolytic carbon black shattered into 1500 mesh.
Black carbon granulation equipment:mainly includes the automatic weighing feeder, sensor, Microcomputer Control System, granulator, bucket elevator, cylinder drying machines ,cyclone collector, Low pressure air blower, automatic packaging unit, burner, and Grain storage bin etc. After the equipment, complete granulation process, cutting, drying light, automatic packaging, etc.
