Performance and features:
The line is special equipment to leveling and cut to length the thin plate. Usually composed by the feeding car, decoiler, feeding device, leveling machine, looping bridges, position revised device, fixed-length detective device, coated device, shears, conveyor table, pneumatic discharger, hydraulic lift stack feed table, discharge road and hydraulic system, electrical control system, collaborative actions PLC control. The main hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic control components selected international brands.
This equipment is mainly used for processing of cold-rolled steel coil, stainless steel coil and non-ferrous metal coil. With six lays leveling machine can leveling and cutting high requirements plate like aluminum plates.
According to customer requirements, the leveling can choose pre leveling and fine leveling machines; fixed-length detective can choose common mechanical assistance, digital frequency change or servo control; shearing machine choose common mechanical shearing machine, hydraulic shearing machine, guillotine shearing machine, tracing shear or flying shear. With according forming machine can make the function the lines bigger.
