Machine working process

This pyrolysis machine, the process procedure is this: first load wasttiresinside the reactor, then close the reactor loading door, make it sealed fully. Then start the fire, heating at the heating chamber with coal or firewood, or natural gas, oil. When the temperature rises up to 220 degrees, there will be oil gas coming out through the oil gas opening from the reactor. The oil gas comes into the oil separator. The heavy oil (thick oil with some residue) will come down and flows into the heavy oil tank. While the other light oil gas will comes automatically into the water cooling system, and be cooled down into liquid. Then the oil flows into the oil tank. So we got heavy oil and light oil.

During 220-280degrees, there will be large quantity of oil coming out.At the same time, there will be little oil gas, the chemical name is generally C1-C4, or C2C4, they can't be cooled in normal way. So this gas will be recycled back to the heating chamber as fuel to heat the reactor. We named this gas as waste gas.

So at the first beginning of heating, you use coal or firewood to heat the reactor, then during 220-280degrees, using waste gas to heat the reactor.

In average, per ton raw material, the fuel cost is 60kg for heating. We take the coal or firewood as example, LN-2200-6000, 5 tons tires loading, then it costs 300kg coal or firewood.

And electricity is less. Because this pyrolysis machine, the main power is the heating fuel costs. There is one speed reducer to let the reactor rotating so that it can be heated evenly. If not the bottom part which is heated long time will break soon. This speed reducer is 3kw. While there is another big electric part, the draft fan for the smoke processing. It pulls the smoke from the heating chamber (when burning coal or firewood, the black smoke) to the de-dusting system to make smoke clean. This draft fan is 4.5kw. Other is one oil pump and a water pump, it is 1.5kw, not use always.

So the total electricity costs, is 10--16kw. LN-2200-6000, one batch, the working process is 7-8hours.

One set machine needs at most 4 workers. And the water is used cyclically, use little.

So you can see, the main investment is on the machine and your raw material, tires or plastics.

Main Technological Characteristics.
1. This device has continuous and canned feeding and tapping system, and the maximum feeding capacity reaches to 20 tons per 24 hours. The production efficiency is three times to the traditional rotary Intermittent Operation Equipment.
2. The heating method of the new equipment is indirect heating method, and the advantages of this method are as follows:
When some problems occur in the system, closing the induced draught fan can cut the heating source in sudden to ensure the system’s safety.
The heat exchange distance is more than that of the old equipment by 5-7 times, thus having a higher thermal efficiency.
