Complete corrugated paperboard production line is compose of the following parts:

1) Shaftless mill roll stand,

2) Fingerless type single facer(vacuum suction type),

3) Preheater(for surface paper or )

4) Conveyor bridge ,

5) Gluer machine,

6) Double facer machine,(Cooling and Finalising System)

7) Cut off machine ,

8) Thin Blade slitter scorer machine,

9) Stacker

10) Glue making system.

2, Economic speed:0-100m/min

3 Work width:1400mm,1600mm,1800mm are available for customer to choose

4 Length of production line:around 70m for 5 layer.45 m for 3 layer (The drawings shall prevail)

Note: Production line speed test raw paper should meet the following requirements

1. Raw paper should not less than B level

Paper moisture content of 11% plus or minus 1%

2. Surface paper::120-200g/m2

3. Flute paper:105-160g/m2

4. Core paper:125-200g/m2

5, Corrugated flute type combination: A,B,C,E flute is optional.

6 Steam requirement: Max.pressure:1.3 M pa

Common use pressure:0.8-1.2 M pa

7 Power:380v 50Hz

8 Equipment direction:According to customer's factory to determine the transmission right or left.
