their larger diameter and special manufacturing technique. The particular connecting
technique ensures perfect mechanical and electrical operation. The hot zones
and cold ends are made of exceptionally homogeneous, self-bonded silicon carbide
The SD elements are manufactured in a range of 8 to 45rnrn in hot zone diameter, 150
to 3,gggrnrn in hot zone length and 300 to 4,500rnrn in total length. The heating
rods are self-supported and can be installed vertically or horirizontally. The tables
