Features of the machine pellet:

Tips 1: The raw material size of the machine pellet should be less than3mm.If it is bigger than 3mm, you need acrushing machinefirst. And the moisture of the raw material should be 15%-20%,or you also need adryer.

Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for burning purposes.

1. Crushing Process:

When the thickness of raw wood material is >10mm, and >50 * 50mm(L * W), we need use the Wood cruhser to chip them into small pieces, then crush the small pieces into wood powder with diameter less 3mm by Hammer Mill.

2. Drying Process:
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 13-15%. Our pipe dryer is made up of Stove and Main pipe Ddyer, which can realize to reduce the moisture from 60% to 10%.

3. Pelletizing Process:

4. Cooling Process:

Before cooling:temperature is about 60-80 degree,moisture is about 15%

After cooling: reduce about 3-4% moisture

5. Packing Process:
