ZSY portable waste oil recycling machine

General Description:

ZSY series oil purifier is used to purify the waste engine oil and all other lubricating oil, it can be efficient for removing the abrasive dust, foundry sand, impurities, moisture, organic acid and inorganic acid from the waste engine oil, and remove carbon particles, deteriorated oxide etc…particulates from waste engine oil, and also remove gelatin and asphalt from the oil. It can break the emulsion and improve the color of the oil, make the purified oil’s color approximate to the new oil, recover the oil’s property and improve the engine oil’s operation performance, reduce the abrasiveness, to assure the engine oil lubricating system operate normally, prolong the service life of the gas engine and the oil. It can save the cost of oil and save the fuel resource. It can be widely used in oil field, mine, metallurgy, electric power, traffic, manufacturing to filter hydraulic oil, machinery oil, cooling oil and engine oil which is used in vessel and automobile for oil regeneration purification treatment.

Characteristics:

1. Strong ability of filtrating impurities. Referring to the characteristics of the waste engine oil: heavy particle sand, much impurities, badly dirty oil, it combines magnetic filtration with densification filtration step by step.
2. It can remove the water and other harmful air in the oil.
3. Adopted step air-cooling and waste air filtration to deal with the mixed air which is pumped. Increased the equipment’s effective output, prolonged the life-span of the vacuum pump. It is not only protecting the vacuum pump, but also protecting the environment.
4. The system has the advantages of pressure mechanical filtration, vacuum filtration, and centrifugal filtration. It is not only overcome the disadvantage of plate oil purifier, but also can reduce the acid, degassing and breaking emulsion that normal vacuum oil purifier and centrifugal oil filtration cannot do.
5. Adopted advanced fuzzy oil temperature device, set upper and lower limits of the oil temperature discretionarily. It makes the oil temperature control come true at the section to avoid heating alternating contactor working frequently, prolongs the service life of the contactor.
6. The machine has a perfect protection device. It monitors the temperature, pressure, vacuum degree, power cut, overpressure and low-voltage, prevents from the accidents effectively, and assures the machine can operate well.
7. The equipment can be used to dehydrate, degas and remove impurities from transformer oil, hydraulic oil individually. It is a comprehensive multifunction oil purifier.

Work principle & flow chart:

Through the oil pump, the waste oil is pumped into the reaction system, add a amount of flocculent and decolourant in it,stirred and heated. Through physical effect, chemical effect and adsorptive effect,charged polar particulates in the waste oil agglomerate large impurities,at the same time, through vacuum degassing and dehydrating effect,cool down,filtrate the harmful gas in the oil. After the reaction, through the filter,the impurities removed from oil, get the waste engine oil recovering regeneration purification oil, like new oil property.

Maintenance

A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
1. all the electric control apparatus
2. temperature controller
3. oil seals and motor couplings
4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.
