This new type of leveler line is developed for high-precision copper strip production. It uses our innovation technology with completely independent intellectual property rights. A prepositive stretch-bend-levelling unit is combined with a 23-roll leveler, in which case 4 segments of tension and 2 segments of elongation could be controlled separately.

•The shape of copper strip could be rectified effectively by reasonable distributing 2 segments of elongation. In addition, 23-roll leveler working with smaller elongation will be beneficial to eliminate residual stress and to extend roll life-span.

• High-precision and low residual stress, the quality of copper strips rectified by this type of leveler line could meet theneeds of electronic industry.
