1.Technicalrequirement and quality warranty

According the draft of Zhengzhou Guanghua, manufcature, acceptance inspection, the warranty period is 1 year.(except wearing parts )

2.Transport

------- in charge of transportation, Zhengzhou Guanghua in charge of trucking loader,------ bear the cost.

3.Payment term

30% down payment, and paid the residual balance at the delivery time

4,Production period

Within 75working days after we received the down payment

5,Installation term

We can send worker for installation and test run, the user bear the cost workers' salary(no less than400RMB per day),all the cost of workers transportation, accommodation during the installation period, as well as the flight ticket expense.
