FMPT-5 powder spraying coating machine is using the static to spray the plastic powder onto the welding seam,

then the plastic powder is heated to be melted down by the drying oven to form a plastic protective film(polyester or resin).

The powder spraying coating adopt the static absorbing theory to make the plastic protective film to cover the welding seam surface equably and completely following its surface shape, so the welding seam will be protected to be eroded by the can content. Meanwhile the plastic powder possess the inherent characteristic of high resistance to all kinds of solvent and sulfer,acid,high protein inside the food, the plastic powder can be applied to contain various kinds of content with those charateristic.

The remaining power from the one operating can be call back and to be circulating used to make it in high utilizing ratio.
