1. Introduction

An ideal drinking straw machine for making colorful stripy straws.

SDSI series high speed straight drinking straw making machine is our new design. It adopts the screw diameter 50mm instead of 45mm, and L: D is 28: 1. The new design makes it much easy to plasticize and increase output. It is an economical perfect machine for drinking straw.

2. Characteristics

• Colours: Single, two, three or five, spiral stripes, straight stripes.
• Cut end: 90° /90° , 90° /45° , 90° /60° , 45° /45° , 60° /60°
• All the direct contact parts made from stainless steel.
• The cutting unit adopted the big plate cutter and with automatic gathering system.
• The breaker, AC contactor and knob switch brand is SCHNEIDER
• The inverter is DELTA
