1. Brief Introduction of This Machine:

HGZ series wire cage welding machine is one of all the series machines in our company. With the way of push the reinforcing steel, and the function of change the diameter automatically, this machine is able to make the flush joint wire cage, but also the spigot& socket wire cage, and even able to adjust the angle of the spigot joint at direction. Its electrical system adopt many advanced techniques, such as Digital set control, and Full variable Frequency Control Speed in Sync Ratio, which make a great improvement of the complete machine’s Maneuverability and Control Accuracy.

2. Application

This machine is the Special-purpose welding equipment for making the steel wire cages for the Reinforced concrete drainage pipes, it is capable to weld the Reinforcement cages with Socket&Spigot ends, and Flush or male& female ends. It is one of the main equipments to manufacture the Reinforced concrete pipes.

1>The rolling welder machine can weld steel cage of both plain end and socket end by the way of pushing forward the steels and automatically changing its diameter.

2> In the process of welding, welders lap welding head expand outwards according to the angles that can be set upon request of every specific socket so that the part of the socket end get its shape automatically and gradually, which means the cage diameter can be adjusted freely to some extent.
