)Compare with tradition ASSEL rolling mill,the three roller mill have quick–open function to avoid the end triangle and increase the D/S of shell to sure the operation smoothly.
(2)During the operation ,one of stand is alway prepared which can be lifted quickly as a whole to short 40% time.
(3)Adjusting the rolling mill to off-line position after lifting the stand which would not effect the normal production.what’s more those operation can ensure adjusting precision of equipment to improving the production quality.
(4)The three roller are adjusted in the same step to sure the consistency both roller open and working angle to avoid the mistake by manual operation
(5) Because of the stand can be lifted as a whole we can change the rolling mill position into transport equipment which can make the hollow move to sizing mill to product thick wall pipe
