This rolling mill machinery is used to produce steel pipe and cold bending profile steel used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, traffic, mechanism and vehicle.It can make steel strip of a certain specification into round pipe, square and rectangular pipe through cold bending forming and high frequency welding. The forming and sizing machine is designed and improved based on actual production, with stable running, economic cost, requires materialσb≤520MPa,σs≤345MPa.

Process flow:
Uncoiler → shearing & butt-welding → accumulator → forming → welding → external de-burring → cooling → sizing → flying saw cutting → run-out table→ product warehousing

covering from beveling& end-facing, hydrostatic testing equipment, as well as UT testing, is available for user to choose as per requirement.
