Diatomite Filter

Diatomite filterhas been widely used in dealing with the wine, fruit wine, mild wine, grape wine, and water treatment and so on. Filtering clarify degrees can up to 99.8%, the good operation even can filter out e. coli It also can filter out particles that below1-0.1 micron (including microbiological).

This equipment is composed of the body case, the intermediate shaft, the sieve plate, the strainer, the guide rod, the air valve, the glass view mirror, the rubber tire and so on. All liquids contact parts, are made of the stainless steel material. There are two kinds of the body case: single section and the multi-section. And the internodes is sealed by the rubber ring, which is convenient for washing and cleaning.

Diatomite filter is used in fruit wine, white wine, health wine, grape wine, syrup, drink, soy sauce, vinegar, and biological, pharmaceutical, chemical and other liquid products for clear filtration.

1. diatomite filter used in swimming pool need choose 600 or 700 diatomite filter aid agent, the health requirements and physical and chemical property shall conform to the << diatomite health standards >> GB14936-1994 and the <<food industry with aid agent diatomite filtration >>QB/T 2008-1995 rules.

2. the shell and accessories of diatomite filter should use the material of high strength and corrosion resistance, stress resistance, no deformation and no pollution to the water quality.

3. filter used in big and medium-sized swimming pool water treatment systems, its overall pressure should not less than 0.6Mpa.

4. reverse wash water of diatomite filter may not directly into the municipal pipeline, there must be recycled or precipitation measures of diatomite.
