Specially designed concentrating equipment with many different types

1. NZ(S) center driving thickener working principle:

NZ (S) type (also called TNZ type) thickener is a center drive thickener, which is a concentrate and clarifying equipment with continuous working.

It’s mainly used for dehydrating of concentrate and tailing pulp in wet beneficiation, as well as the industries like coal, chemical, building materials and water sewage treatment etc., which need solid-slurry concentrated and purified.

The product with diameter less than 12mm adopts manual handle, while the diameter with more than 12mm adopts electric handle device.

The product has simple structure, low abrasion and convenient maintenance.

Large-scale thickener is usually arranged with a concrete tank, with overload indicating or alarming devices.

Notes for selection:

1. For corrosive slurry, an anticorrosive thickener is available, which requires special order.

2. Considering the conditions of transport and construction period, the customer shall specify whether a thickening tan is required or not.

2. NG peripheral driving thickener working principle:

The NG thickener is a kind of peripheral driving thickener with roll wheel. It’s usually adopted by large-scale thickener.

In the event of skidding of running roller due to overloading, no special safety device is required.

Generally, the pool is concrete structure. In order to charge motor, annular nodes is fixed in the central support.

The current collection joins with sling ring are connected with the arm brace, and the current is introduced to the motor though these joints by the cable laid on the arm brace.

Notes for selection:

1. The roller has small friction, if the track is frozen or overload, the roller is sliding, so it is not suitable for cold regions and large amount of high concentration ore pulp.

2. Steel pool can be provided according to users requirements.

3. GX high-efficiency thickener working principle:

The type of GX high-efficiency thickener is semi-high efficiency without flocculating agent added.

Compared with common thickener, it has the following structure features:

1. Long intermediate receiving barrel; a large-diameter receiving tray arranged at the bottom; uniform, stable and smooth feeding.

2. A venting storage tank is arranged for eliminating air bubbles in the ore pulp, which has a large processing capacity and increases underflow concentration.

Notes for selection:

1. The performance is better than the common thickener when it is used without flocculating agent.

2. Flocculating agent adding device requires a separate order.

4. XNJ flocculant agitation tank working principle:

XNJ flocculent agitation tank is specially designed for high efficiency thickener to add flocculants.

Specially designed, the impeller is good at mixing and stirring.

Notes for selection:

There are stainless steel and ordinary materials of shaft and impeller for the customers to choose.

5. XNT Flocculant adding device working principle:

XNT flocculant adding device is a screw feeder specially designed for adding the flocculant into high efficiency thickener,

which is made of stainless steel, with features like corrosion resistance and convenient operation.
