Description:

Automatic pillow machine QL001 is mainly used for bale opening,fiber opening and pillow/cuhsion/pad filling.

Material can be conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber shorter than 100mm.

PLC control system, easy to operation.

Machine line assembled with a bale opener,so don’t need labor for raw material feeding.

Developed shaking hopper makes the weight that can be controlled with tolerance around 25g each.

Each pillow can finished in 8 seconds that the filling time can be already set up from the control program so that the speed is adjustable according to the operators working speed. •V-wire rollers with long life won’t hurt the main wire cloth when anything feed into the roller, but the teeth only; the machine can still running as usual.

Frequency conversion blower ensures the finished production flat and even.

All rollers are finished with dynamic balancing disposal, so that the machine is running without shaking.

1. Unit: Bale breaker

The polyester fiber bale breaker can be used to ooad a bale of 300kg fiber once a time by forklift so that saves one labor.

2. Fiber blower:

Aluminum blade of fan is very light, and dynamic balance processing makes machine running wihout noise and shaking while filing the material before the pillow filling device.

3. Vibration hopper

Shake the feeding material more even into the polyester fiber opening part in order to have good weighing tolerance for the cushion or pillow filling.

4. Anti-deviation conveyer

The belt is not easy to be damaged after long time running.

5. Fiber opener

V-wire roller usage life 4 times than normal one, ensure the fiber opening rate 98% up and don’t damage fiber,keep final product elastic, soft and durable.

6. Opened fiber

The polyester fiber opening rate can be more than 98% and not be damaged.

7. Filling device

Auto clamp only need 1 operator.The pillow case can be clamped by the automatic clamp and released as soon as one circle finished.

Two filling mode for choosen, auto mode can reach 8-10 pcs/min.Irregular shape pillow/pad can be filled well at Manual mode.

Pressing flap option to adjust the finished pillow shake by pressing the pillow during the filling time.
