Features

1. Simple robust design using the absolute minimum number of moving parts.

2. Main drive by Vee Belt from motor pulley to machine pulley.

3. Drive to spears by crank and connecting rod via bevel gears.

4. Adjustable crank to alter the spear movement to change the cloth width.

5. Pinning motions use positive cam operated lever actions which are easily adjusted.

6. Weft insertion by twin rigid rapiers fed from large diameter (25.5cm) tag-ended cones.

7. Threading-up broken weft using push button air valves at each weft supply for trouble free and efficient threading-up.

8. Warp supply from large capacity 91cm beams below the front of the loom saving space and giving the operator easy access to the warp ends.

9. Cloth roll-up produces a roll of sacking cloth in excess of 760mm in diameter.

10. Warp tension controlled by a simple adjustable drag motion.

11. The general design ensures complete access and freedom of movement for operator.

12. All the main controls are within fingertip reach of the central operating position.

13. Fitted with centralized lubrication.

14. There are warp and weft stop motions.

15. The loom suitable for Plain or Twill weave.

16. Labor loading one weaver can operate up to four looms.
