Introduction:

The main function of wheat thresher is removing the shells/husks on the surface of wheat by friction of thorn roller. By controlling the friction force through reasonable rotation speed and grain flow-in volume, to achieve best hulling results.

Main structure:

The machine is mainly a feeding table, rack, concave sieve, roller, a machine cover, main blower, two suction fan, motor or (diesel engine), vibrating screen, the traction guide device

Installation for rice thresher:

1. Please put the rice/wheat thresher on the flat place

2. Please fix the right motor

3. Please check the V-belt carefully and adjust the direction of the motor.

4. Please adjust the space between rollers and concave

5. Do make sure the screw tight

Working principle:

The crop through the functions of the friction ,extruding,crash,shaking between the rattler's rack and sieve assembling unit, making the seed detaching from the stalk, then discharge from the sieve, the stalk is casted by the centrifugal role of the rattler, then finishing the threshing.
