• Photo printing quality. Equipped with EPSON DX5 print head, the VS-A2UV direct printing system realize the real photo printing quality with1440DPI.
• Easy operation. Based on Epson printing system, VS-A2UV direct printing system is maximizing the advantage ofEPSON printers. And the operation is just like office EPSON printer.
• Ultraviolet resist, keep in outdoor for 3 to 5 years without color fading, and it is waterproof.
• Double 4-color, faster speed, to ensure you have more business opportunities in the fierce market competition.
• Compared to traditional mercury lampUV flatbed printer, theLED lampdoes not have mercury, without produced of Ozone, it is safer and more environmental.
• Cold lamp, no heat radiation, the low temperature on the surface of printing material without deformation. It solves the distortion problem of acrylic, organic board, film and other non-thermostable material during UV color printing.
• Energy saving: The power of LED lamp is only 80W, traditional mercury lamp is 3000W. Power consumption is only 3% of the traditional mercury lamp small format UV flatbed printer, it can save up to 97% of electricity.
• LED lamp has a long life of25000-30000 hours, but the homemade mercury lamp has a life of 300 hours, the imported mercury lamp has a life of 1200 hours.

Q:Is it recommended to spray coating before printing?

A:No, even work with white inks, we could direct print on products. When printing on substrate like ceramics, china and metals, pre-coating will

Q:Let sayif we want to print blackberry or casing mobile phone is it direct could be print or need to add software or need other?

A:We don't need any pre-coating or special software for print on cases. It can direct print on cases.

Q:Does this machine print 3D?

A: The printer can print 3D texture images well.

Q:What's the print process by this printer?

A: 1). Design the artwork by Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator or other software.

2). Print starting point.

3). Put the materials on the start point.

4). Start printing.

Q:What's the max printing thickness of the machine?

A: The max printing thickness is 10cm. (Adjustable, and the size can be customized as your requirement.)

Q:Can we print white inks and color inks in the meantime?

A:Yes, the printer can print white ink first, and then automatically printing color inks, the job can be done in one press. Color inks first and white ink later is also available.

Q:Can your printer work on dark materials?

A:Yes, it supports white print on dark materials. With the UV inks, we could direct print white inks on products..

Q:Which software can I use for printing?

A:We use CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD, etc to design the artwork.

Q:What is the format that the artwork should be?

A:The format of artwork could be EPS, BMP, GIF, JPGE, AI.etc, we could import it into software and directly output them after settings based on your request.

Q:What is your RIP?

A:The RIP is UltraVision RIP software which supports all the features on our machines.

Q:Is there any guarantee for this printer?

A:Yes, we have guarantee for the printer. We provide one year warranty for all the electronic parts including the main board, driver board, control board, motor, etc. But there is no warranty for wearing parts like ink pump, print head, and CISS since they are consumables. Also we have one year warranty for UV lamps since first operation.

Q:How will you send out the machines?

A:1.By air (it's a port to port service, fast as express, but when the machine arrive to your port, it will have some extra costs)

2. By sea (Port to port service, it's the cheapest way but it needs longer time)

3. By express like TNT, DHL, FEDEX (Door to door service, if you provide the detailed address of your company, it will be delivered to your company office)
