1. Brief introduction

This pellet machine is with small size and high forming rate , which is very suitable for home use and small enterprise . With different die size from 3mm to 8mm ,this pellet mill can produce fish feed ,poultry feed , horse feed ,cow feed and so on .

2.Requirements of making pellets

a. size of raw materials: powder or no longer than 1cm

b. moisture content of raw materials: 18-23%

c. raw materials can be the mixture of 2 or more than 2 kinds different materials, they must be evenly mixed.

d. no adhesive or chemicals need in the processing
