Single stage cooled coal gas coal gasifier plant working process
hot coal gas produced from coal gasifier go into double riser, temperature is cooled from 500-600 to 80-90, and part of dust are removed.then the coal gas go to the washing tower, are further cooled and dedusted, the temperature is cooled to 35-45 after through electric filter . Then the cooled coal gas are inflated by gas pressure machine, oil tar and water are further removed by drop cather, cold clean coal gas are send to destination.
