I. The main purpose of the machine and specifications
This unit can with the moderate speed, the production high quality single corrugated cardboard. It sets the corrugated, adhesion at an organic whole, with high efficiency and low energy consumption, quality and cheap, etc. Production of cardboard don't have to drying or dry. Such as and framed glue machine supporting the use of three layer can produce more than double into the backward technology. At present our country carton industry is the ideal equipment, it is also the export carton production in one of the indispensable equipment.
1.Structure introduction
FS-1600 type single corrugated units, and the whole "now in the paper (electric and manual), single (manual and pneumatic corrugating machinepaper cutter. Three sets of equipment of their respective independent of the transmission system and electric control system, also can use this machine independent extension complete function.

II. Lifting and Installation
1. The weight of whole machine is 5 tons. We should separate the side with sleeper when lifting machine, to avoid the lifting force acts on the surface of each roller.
2. Installation:
(1) Working according to foundation drawing and arrangement plan of single corrugated cardboard production line.
(2) Based on the base machining face. Levelness error≤0.3/1000mm, breadth error ≤±8mm
(3) We will provide the electric heating system and all the things in the control panel in the stochastic allocation and the installation. But other thins should be provided and installed by customer themselves.
III. Lubrication
1. Upper and lower corrugated roller and the bearing box on the two sides of press roller should be added enough lubricating oil. Normally change one time every half year. But as for the grease thinning spillover caused by other reasons, you should add the lubricating oil on time.
2. Add enough engine oil in the reducer oil box of the main engine and change it every year.
3. Put some lubricating oil on the grease cup, oilhole, and every exposed drive gear and chains before starting machine every time.
4. Check the oil spray every week in the control box to ensure it keep a little oil consumption.

3. Function
Single facer is the main machine of the single corrugated cardboard production line. Flute making and bonding are completed by this machine. It will flattening the raw paper and make flute with upper and lower corrugated roller after the raw paper comes out from paper feeding machine and preheater. Then back up glue machine coating paste and thermal flattening liner paper also be made the corrugated roller, pressure roller pulp adhesive into single face corrugated board, into the cutter.
4. Instructions:
(1) First adjust the paste,prepare to start motor. Open the speed-control switch,turn on the heating switch when the speed is slow. Start working when the temperature of each corrugated roller surface reaches about 200°C-230°C. Adjust the pressure consistent if working with cylinder type single facer. The working pressure is 0.4-0.5Mpa, and then wear paper according to the working order. The order is: liner paper---core paper---cylinder giving pressure---move the gluing machine to working position---adjust paper’s tension--- adjust the degree of symmetry between paper roller and the two corrugated roller of single facer---machine working normally.
(2) Put the glue into groove which standard by it does not overflow. The glue amount according to the gap between gluing roller and doctor roller. Normally the gap is 0.3-0.5 mm. Can adjust the gap by handwheel screw.
(3) Put the corrugated raw paper and liner paper into our single facer and then glue after adjusting fluting function. The gap between gluing roller and corrugated roller should not be too big or too small, otherwise it will influence splice effects. We can adjust the speed into normal working state unless good splice effects. Stop heating before stoping machine to avoid corrugated roller be out of shape caused by heating unevenness. We can off the power supply when the speed reaches to 80 degrees.
(4)Guide paper is the easy-damage part of our single facer, so we must confirm that the glue groove aims at guide paper when giving glue, otherwise it will damage the guide paper. We should check guide paper every month, if necessary, we should move the glue roller first, and then lossen guide paper by hand to adjust the gap between guide paper and lower corrugated paper from 0.2mm to 0.3mm. Then adjust upper corrugated roller and press roller to working position, and put new guide paper into groove according to drawing. Finally put the glue roller to original position after all above operation, but you must sure that the guide paper aims at each groove of the glue roller.
V. Maintenance and Repair
(1) Check each parts whether clean or not and clean up it if dirty before starting machine. Add lubrication oil into hear box and each lubricating part until the gear can in gear box can reach oil level, as for each oil cup and oil hole adding oil according to requirement, add engine oil on the chain. Avoiding paperboard go inside press roller and corrugated roller again by doing above operation.
(2) Please turn off the power supply after finishing working. Stop machine after equipment running for a while until the temperature of heating roller reaches 80 degrees to avoid heating roller out of shape. We must clean up the scraps of paper on the machine after machine stops, especially the upper and lower corrugated roller. We must clean the extra binder on the glue machine to prepare for next day’s working.
(3) Guide paper is the easy-damage part of our single facer, so we must confirm that the glue groove aims at guide paper when giving glue, otherwise it will damage the guide paper. We should check guide paper every month, if necessary, we should move the glue roller first, and then lossen guide paper by hand to adjust the gap between guide paper and lower corrugated paper from 0.1mm. If the gap is too big it will appear flat flute phenomenon and touch roller if too small.
