Dry mortar mixing plant equipment :

This line is composed of bucket elevator, mixer, finished product warehouse,

simple packing auger, dust remover, electrical cabinet, air compressor and gas phase balance,

mostly suitale for the new investors into mortar industries. The materials are measured manually through

bucket elevator to the mixer. The materials are mixed into finished warehouse, then through packing auger to

Applications of 10ton/h Dry mixed mortar equipment

Dry mortar production line is used for producing dry mortar, it main consists of the following parts: material store silo, sand dryer, spiral conveyor, weighing system, hoisting machine, pre-mixing silo, mixing, end product silo, packing machine, dust collector, air-phase balance system, control system. The productivity is 5-100T/h. According to the layout type, it can be classified into tower type, self tower type and series type. Its up to the customers workshop area.

1.Binders: Cement, hydrated lime, anhydrite, gypsum.
2. Filler: Silica sand, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite, expanded perlite etc.
3. Mineral admixture: Ground granulated blast furnace slag, fly ash, pozzolana, fine silica powder etc.
4. Water-retention and thickening material.
5. Chemical additives: Cellulose esters, superplasticizer, air entraining agents, accelerating agents, retarding agents, defoaming agents, hydrophobic agents, and etc
