Dry take out time: 0.5sec/ Dry cycle time: 2.6sec.
This series is applicable to IMM under 350ton for taking out quick-formed products. Take-out at super high-speed(0.5sec.) and dry cycle time within 2.6seconds. It is applicable for all thin-wall formed products and the dry cycle time within 6seconds. It has ranges of model Side-Entry stroke: 900~1500mm, you can choose AC servo motor driven on one axis or 2axes. To take-out at high-speed increases output greatly.
Structure Feature:
1: AC servo motor driven on both two axes can take-out variety depth products; Or AC servo motor driven on one axis is optional for take-out thin wall products, such as CD-case.
2: High rigidity 3D structure design, stable construction, low vibration, longwearing and long-life.
3:Using special high precision high speed linear slide rail, wearproof, heatproof, long-life and not deformed.
4:Arm with high rigidity aluminum beam, light mass, high rigidity, cooperated with double-speed belt construction ensured the take-out time.
5: AC servo motor driven on single axle, crosswise axis can choose mechanically to adjust operation with mold open position.
6: T type steel wire PU belt driven, good stability, precision position at D 0.1mm.
