The furnace is used to truncate the bar and then heating to the temperature of technological requirements,in order to adapt to the needs of extrusion work. The furnace is welding with steel plates and shaped steel,and surface is common A3, the inside of contact fire area is refractory steel, use aluminium silicate fibre felt insulate heating between steel.
Transmission using reducer drive traction chain, power is 2.2 kw, transmission smoothly. Hot air circulation using heat resistant steel blower, bearing and axial fan cooling,it can work in normal 650°C.
