3.Working Principles
Theshelling machine for peanutis built of machine body, air blower, rotor, single-phase machine, sieve, receiving hopper, vibrating screen, drive triangle belt etc.
After the shelling machine for peanutstarts, put materials into receiving hopper in constant speed, quantificationally and continuously. The peanuts hulls are broken by continuously rubbing and impacting.
The seeds get through sieve to discharge hopper and hulls are blow-off by air blower.

5.Tips
Keep right wetness of shells to make high efficiency.
In winter mix 10kg warm water with 50kg peanuts, cover plastic film for 10 hours and field for 1 hour. And on the other seasons cover plastic film for 6 hours.
