Function and feathers:
This product line will classify the almond firstly, then shelling them as different
grades.
During the shelling process, the almond which has not been shelled will be
returned back to shelling step.
This unit is of high efficiency, the shell kernel rate is high (98%), and it is easy
operation and maintenance.
Component:
There are three main parts and the electricity controller.
Classification Unit: Consist of feeding, hoisting machine and the classify part. This
part will classify the almond into four grades.
Shelling Unit: Consist of feeding, hoisting machine, shelling machine, separating
sieve, feed back hoisting machine and feed back straight line shaker.
Separating Unit: Kennel and the shell will be separated after this process.
