High Quality PTFE Fusing Machine Belt

We produce three kinds of fusing machine belts:seamless belt, double-layer jointed belt and single-layer jointed belt.

1.Seamless belt:

t is made of the cylindrical high-strength glass fiber or Kevlar (aramid) fabric which is woven by knitting round loom,and is coated with PTFE emulsion.The seamless belt completely overcomes the problems of jointed belts such as bad running stability and off-tracking,etc.

The service life of PTFE seamless fusing machine belt is three times longer than any other kind of fusing machine belt.

Advantages of PTFE coated seamless belt: Stable running, long service life.

Disadvantages: High prices.

2, Jointed fusing machine belt:

usually with black color, jointed with F46 film.

Advantages: Low prices.

Disadvantages: Low intensity, easy deviation, short service life of usually 3 months.

3, double-layer fusing machine belt:

Advantages: High strength, long service life, without deviation.

We can also make antistatic fusing machine belt according to customers' requirements.

PTFE conveyor belt :

Main capability and characteristics:

1). It can be used under the temperature of 196 to 300, which has the capability of weather resistant and age resistant. Under practical situation of high temperature of 250 for 200 days, not only the intensity will not decrease, the weight will not reduce; if put it under the high temperature of 350 for 120 hours, the weight only decreased by about 0.6%; under the situation of -180 , it will not chap and keep the original pliability;

2). Hardly to adhere any material; it is easy to wash away the blot or other dust such as resin, coating material, etc.

3). Chemical corrosion resistant, it could resist acid, alkali, aqua fortis and various kinds of organic liquid corrosion;

4). Good dimension stability (the ratio of extending is lower than 0.5%), High intensity, good mechanical capability;

5). Resisting impotence caused by bend, and it could be used on smaller tread;

6). Capability of medicament resistant and non-poison, almost to resisting all kinds of medicament;

7). Fireproofing and flame resisting. ....

8). Capability of breathe freely, the rate of breathe of conveyer belt which reduce the consuming of heat and increase the efficiency of drying.

A: weaving, printing: parching access and parching room belt for stamp parching, washing-dye parching, fabric reducing parching, non-weaving cloth parching, etc;

B: silk-net, printing: parching access and parching room belt for silk printing parching, lax parching machine, paper filtering parching, ultraviolet parching, plastic parching, etc;

C: other areas: parching room belt for high-cycle parching, micro wave parching, various food -frosting and thawing, roasting, swathe heat shrinking. Teflon mesh belt is suitable for all the occasion convection or heat manufacture delivering condition.

We can produce different kinds of fiberglass fabric coated with PTFE according to different application request, for example:

ordinary industry grade: the textile of this grade is with good capability of heat resistant, antisepsis, non-viscidity;

• standard grade: it is made of import material, besides having the grate capability of antisepsis and heat resistant, the surface is more smoothly and it has better non-viscidity capability. It could be used in ordinary industry field, and has better predominance on being used as plastic module separating, and separating patch, gasket, separating module of some products.

• food grade: the surface is smoothly, good capability of resisting viscidity, heat resisting, easy wash, and it is more safety to be used on food industry;

• static resisting grade (fabric of static resisting): besides the capability of fiberglass fabric coated with Teflon, by special process, it has the capability of resisting static which to satisfy the request of customers.
