High Efficiency Screw Type Rice Husk Briquetting Machine

The briquette machine is also called biomass forming machine. This type machine could compress bamboos, woods, branches, wood logs, grasses, straws, rice husks, corn stalks, coconut shells, grain shells and other biomass material into briquette.

However, first you should crush all the biomass material into powder, and then the machine can press the powder, which size must be5mm or belowand ideal moisture is8-12%, into briquettes with a hole in the center, after processing of high temperature and high pressure without any binders. Because you know that the lignin will be the best binder, which can be totally released with high temperature (300-400’C).
